Q: What do we mean by “intergenerational”?
A: We mean that people of all ages are welcome, and that we’ve tailored the details to best accommodate those whose ages might otherwise exclude them. For example:
- Our intergenerational Prayer Walk coming up on April 13 is on a flat surface, and kept to one mile, so folks using strollers, walkers, canes, etc., should be able to join us.
- Our monthly Game Night start early, at 5pm, so families with children can get there and enjoy time. Come and go as you like.
- Our Messy Church, held in Advent and Lent, includes sensory experiences and ways to engage the stories of the Bible that do not include hearing a sermon.
