Eucharistic Visitors are sent forth on Sundays to bring communion from our altar into the setting of those who are unable to be with us during service. Theytake the time to visit with those who seldom receive visitors. They bring news about the events and activities going on in our church as a way of helping them feel reconnected with the community. The Eucharistic Visitor reads from the worship bulletin the Gospel ad other prayers and then shares the consecrated bread and wine. It is also an opportunity to visit with the parishioner the news of St. Francis’. They also lend a listening ear. This is an opportunity to share what we receive during the Sunday worship service.
