Whenever a month has a 5th Sunday, St. Francis parishioners prepare and serve lunch to the individuals who are homeless in the Central West End section of St. Louis City.  Trinity Episcopal Church is the host of this weekly hot lunch program, with various Episcopal churches in the diocese providing the food and parishioners to serve 100+ meals each week.  We have been told that our delicious fried chicken is a favorite of the guests and the warm smiles and friendly words of our parishioners ages 8 – 70+ offer appreciated respect in this vital ministry.
