Liturgy of the Word for Children
Sundays during the school year
During the 10:30 a.m. worship service
Join Director of Youth and Families Kyle Butler for Sunday morning children’s programming! Each week we engage the Bible stories told in worship in a different way, which can include art, games, cooking, service, science, etc. Appropriate for children aged 4 and up. Program occurs during 10:30am worship; children return to the sanctuary for communion.

Children, youth and families are invited to the front of the church on special Sundays as Rev. Laurie presents a sermon using language and props that bring the Bible stories to life for our young (and young at heart) churchgoers.
Youth
Youth at St. Francis are full and active members of our church community. Youth are invited to serve as acolytes, lectors and ushers. Many of our ministries incorporate youth and families into their programs throughout the year.
Our youth members also plan special service days, youth-led liturgies and bible studies, plus other activities for our community.
Adults
Sunday Forum
Sundays at 9:30 a.m.
Community Room
We gather on Sunday mornings between our worship services for classes, presentations and activities led by parishioners, clergy members and special guests. Our Sunday Forums offer material that promotes biblical literacy, community awareness, and our congregational life together. Everyone is invited to enjoy any one or all of our forums. Spiritual Café
Monthly on third Wednesdays at 10 a.m.
Community Room
Join your friends as we take a discerning look at books, prayers and a variety of religious topics through our faith lens. Coffee and snacks are served.
Young Adult Bible Study
Wednesdays at 6:30p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Community Room and available online
Young adults are invited to dive a little deeper into our bible stories to help discover their relevance in today’s world.
