Notes:
- Appointments are highly recommended so enough vaccines are available.
- Trivalent and High Dose (HD available for those >65 years old) Preservative Free Flu Vaccinations
- Covid vaccines are Pfizer
- Ages 9 and up. No pediatric vaccines available.
- Insurance billed for those who have it–all major insurers cover both. Folks can pay cash if needed. For flu vaccines, St. Francis can cover the cost of an uninsured person. COVID vaccines, for the uninsured, can be obtained at regional clinics so folks who need that and don’t have insurance will be referred to one of those clinics.
- Please bring a photo ID, your COVID-19 vaccine card* if receiving the booster and your health insurance card to your appointment.
