On June 3, 2018, Pastor Sally is retiring from St. Francis' after 8 and a half years with this beloved congregation.
The Rev. Rebecca Barger - Deacon
Deacon Rebecca Barger has been a resident of Chesterfield since 2009. She was ordained into the Diaconate in November of 2014 by Bishop Wayne Smith. She is an alumnus from the Episcopal School for Ministry in the Diocese of Missouri where she completed the three-year Theological Formation program in 2013. In May 2014, she met the requirements for one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, and from there was assigned to serve her diaconal field education at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church - Carondelet. She is married and has a college-aged child. She lives with her husband, Phil, and their three cats.
Wendy Rigdon - Parish Administrator
Wendy has over 25 years of administrative experience. She is a proud mom to three boys and when not running around after them, she loves to craft, read, watch movies and spending time outdoors, hiking, camping and floating the rivers with friends. She is a graduate of St. Francis Borgia H.S. in Washington, MO and resides in her hometown, Union, MO with her family.
Kathy Regnier - Christian Formation Director
Kathy is a New York native, and an Air Force veteran. She was stationed in Mississippi and Texas. After her military service, she completed her college degree and received a BA in English with a minor in Education. She worked for the Valley Park School District and teaches 7th grade in the Parish School of Religion at Most Sacred Heart.
Kathy has a passion for working with children and teens, and is a "foodie" who loves to cook, bake and do interior design.
She resides in Eureka with her husband of 17 years, 3 beautiful children, 2 beloved dogs and 1 cool cat.
Sandy Thornton - Christian Formation Teacher
Sandy grew up in Ellisville and attended St. John's Lutheran School.
She graduated from Lafayette Senior High School.
Sandy has many years of childcare experience, which includes preschool. She enjoys working with children.
When she isn't crafting, Sandy enjoys walking her dogs and spending time with her family.
Cheryl Foster - Music Director
Cheryl Foster is a native St. Louisan who began playing the organ for the Lutheran church as a teenager. She holds a BMEd from Webster University and continued her music education studies at Hamline University before beginning a family. She is a Lamaze International certified childbirth instructor, a past owner of a University City wine and cheese retail store and a lover of hiking and camping in the Colorado Rockies. She is the proud mom of three and currently lives in Kirkwood, MO.
Max Starbuck - Choir Director
Tracey Oswald - Treasurer
Tracey was born in Arkansas, but grew up in southwest Missouri. She has been a Certified Public Accountant for 20 years and has a BA in Accounting from St. Louis University. She worked in public accounting, specializing in taxation and non-profit work. She has been treasurer for multiple school PTO groups, and both local and regional sporting associations through the years. Tracey has a love of music and sings in the St. Francis' choir. She also enjoys hiking, camping and playing tennis. Tracey has two fantastic adult children and 3 beautiful granddaughters. She lives in Eureka with her husband of 36 years and one extremely spoiled cat.
